Are Zoomi toys safe?
Yes — every Zoomi toy is tested to EN71 and CPSIA safety standards and made with non-toxic materials. Toys with small parts are clearly marked 'not for under 3s'.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days, and it's free on orders over $35 (a flat $4.95 under that).
What's your return policy?
Free 30-day returns. If a toy doesn't spark the whoa, email help@zoomi.kids for a prepaid label and a full refund.
How do I know which toy is right for my child's age?
Every product page shows a recommended age range, and you can shop by age (Toddler, Kids, Tween) from the Shop menu. Our gift guides also sort picks by age.
Do you offer gift options?
Plenty — check our Gift Guides for stocking stuffers, party favors, birthday picks and more. Many Zoomi toys arrive ready to gift.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, with tracking on every order.
